I have been buying and selling real estate for 22 years. My first investment was a foreclosed 3 bed 2 bath house in Western Idaho. For a year, my wife and I worked on fixing the house up so we could sell it and have the cash to upgrade to a nicer home. We did sell it and we did upgrade.

We upgraded to Eastern Idaho in the Teton Valley and haven’t looked back. For 17 of those 22 years I was buying, holding, and selling, real estate as investments. In 2018, I received my real estate license and started as a full time REALTORS. Real estate is my passion. I love helping people buy their first home, second home, or tenth home. I love helping a novice real estate investor crunch the numbers to make sure it’s a good investment. I love helping like-minded, experienced real estate investors find their next investment. To sum it up, I love it all. I was born and raised on a potato farm in Eastern Idaho. Growing up I spent as many winter weekends as possible skiing at Grand Targhee. So, when the opportunity to move to Teton Valley presented itself in 2005 my wife and I jumped on it. We have greatly enjoyed living and raising our four boys in Teton Valley over the last 18 years.

After graduating BYUI with a BS in economics and a minor in finance I was recruited into the banking industry with an opportunity to manage a bank in Teton Valley. My banking career lasted 15 years with extensive experience in financing the construction of residential homes, commercial C&I, and commercial real estate. Most all this experience is in Teton County ID and Teton County WY. I have built and remodeled several houses over the years. I have extensive experience in buying and selling investment properties.
