She provided me with the construction plans and I could preview the house walk-through. The location was perfect and the house was just right for my needs. After the tour with the builder, I told her we were going back to her office to write an offer. Throughout the offer writing process and the negotiations, Ann was firmly on my side and a superb advocate for me. She is knowledgeable about the necessary paperwork and the intricacies of the contract language. She (patiently) guided me through the steps and deadlines. We closed on my house as spring arrived.
