As Q3 has come to a close we have taken the time to dive into our local market statistics and summarize it all for you. There have been 15.6% more listings over all in the first 3 quarters of 2024 when compared to 2023. The number of lots sold in the first 3 quarters of 2024 is 29% higher than last year’s lot sales. Home sales have decreased by 13% in 2024 when compared to 2023 but the median home price has increased by $20,000 above 2023’s median home price. Interest rates are slowly coming down which will bring more buyers to the market.
